What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the control use of essential oils to maintain and / or improve the health of the mind, body and spirit. Each essential oil contains the active ingredients of a plant and has it's own therapeutic properties that have been proven by use through the ages and can be used to treat a wide range of ailments. Essential oils are used with aromatherapy to help stress related illnesses, aids pain relief, digestive disorders, anxiety depression, muscular pain, sinusitis, eczema, headaches, arthritis, neck and shoulder tension and insomnia. It also helps to stimulate lymph flow and blood circulation.
